MVRVMV'S WAREHOUSE TEAM
We've decided to follow the guidelines and have temporarily closed all US warehouses and fulfillment centers. Your packages are being fulfilled and coming straight from our manufacturer warehouses in China and Singapore - all have been cleared to operate. We are all still strictly following proper sanitation processes and taking all necessary steps to ensure the safety of our customers and employees, including following public health authority recommended guidelines.

All of our office employees are on full-paid time leave, and will continue to do so for the extended future. As of right now, only our CEO is working (safely from her home!) - she is handling all the fulfillment, order inquiries and customer service via email and Instagram Direct Messages.
What if I have a question regarding my order or status of an order?
We’re continuing to offer customer service during our normal service hours (Monday through Friday from 9AM - 5PM PST)
You can reach out by email or through our Instagram Direct Messages. Please give us 24 hours to answer all of your questions.
Why are some items taking longer to ship?
We've experienced an increased volume of orders. To serve our customers while also helping to ensure the safety of our team members, we have decided to ship items out as soon as they are fulfilled instead of waiting for the entire order to be completed. This means you may be receiving multiple packages.
Where is my order? Why is there no tracking information?
We send out confirmation emails and SMS (if you've provided them) when your order is confirmed and when your order has been shipped. Tracking information may take 5-10 days to appear because of delays. You can always reach out to us at email@example.com or Instagram Direct Messages for further assistance with your order.
Okay, my shipment is delayed, but for how long?
Our usual ETA for free worldwide shipping is 7-15 business days. Delays that have been impacted by COVID-19 can take from 8-15 business days. It also depends on the status of your country's customs and local post offices.
Can I still make returns?
Yes! We are still processing returns. To start a return please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and proof of purchase.
Is it safe to receive packages?
The World Health Organization (WHO) has issued statements assuring that it is safe and people receiving packages from China are not at risk of contracting 2019-nCoV. For more information, please scroll down to the bottom for helpful resources we've provided.
How can I help those impacted by COVID-19?
Through you guys, we were able to donate directly to Feeding America's COVID-19 Relief Fund since March. Here are some of the ways you can help: donating to Feeding America, the American Red Cross, and Save the Children.
